Purchaser and Facilities Officer

The Purchaser and Facilities Officer is a member of the Administrative Team and is responsible to the Director of Finance and Operations/Finance Manager  for maintaining and supporting the effective purchase order system, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Schools facilities.

Halcyon London International School is the only not-for-profit, co-educational, exclusively International Baccalaureate (IB) School in London. Located at Marble Arch, Halcyon has 157 students and 37 staff holding over 28 nationalities. The School is purposefully digital and sustainable: marketing, admissions and communications are all paperless. 

The ideal candidate will be reflective, flexible, innovative, brave, and be willing to work collaboratively with skilled, like-minded professionals. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a recognized professional qualification, and be an active digital learner excited about pioneering leading­-edge learning. They must demonstrate compatibility with the Halcyon philosophy and a commitment to meet the demands of an innovative and expanding school.
