Mon-Fri 35 hours per week – 8am to 4pm – Term time + INSET = 39 weeks 

Salary – Sc 4 (pts 8-10) £24,715 to 25,612 pro rata – actual salary £21,260


Sydenham School is seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our busy admin office. You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school.  You will be required to undertake reception duties, answering routine/complex telephone, face to face enquiries and signing in visitors.  You will be required to provide general administration for a busy office along with advice and guidance to visitors, staff, students, parents and others.


We require applicants with previous reception, office experience and very good ICT skills with experience of using all Microsoft Office and Windows based applications. This will be tested at interview.
