The successful candidate will work as part of the Administrative Team to provide a first class reception service under the supervision of the Senior Administrative Assistant. They will be an excellent communicator with a calm, professional and friendly nature. They will have a positive outlook and high standards of personal presentation. The ability to work independently and with initiative is essential, as are the skills required to be a successful team player in a fast-paced environment. They will have an aptitude for working under pressure and an appreciation of our strict rules of confidentiality. Finally, they will be willing to take instruction, have good typing skills and be computer literate. Software used: Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and SIMS.
The following qualities are desirable but not essential:
- Experience of working in a school environment
- A first aid qualification
