RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

Part time 2.00-6.00pm, term-time only

Guildford High School is an academically selective day school for girls, aged 4-18 years, in the heart of Guildford.

Working in our busy senior school reception you will ensure a warm welcome for visitors, staff and pupils to the school. 

This is a varied role, providing administrative support to teaching and support staff, in addition to specific areas of responsibility such as supervising pupil registers, ordering stationery and providing a “box office” service for in house events. Good organisational skills, a friendly telephone manner and proficiency in the use of ICT are essential.
