Thank you for your interest in working at West Lea School. We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator, who will support the administrative needs of the Office Manager and the Head of School. The successful candidate may be required to work at any of our campus receptions.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:
- Has experience of working in a school/office environment and can provide outstanding levels of service.
- Can ensure an effective administrative service within the school office.
- Has the ability to facilitate the maintenance of the schools MIS (SIMS).
- Can provide high quality and accurate administrative support and demonstrate the same high standards as other team members.
- Is dedicated to working as part of a team to actualise the smooth running of the administrative department.
