Job overview

We are looking for an experienced receptionist and administrative assistant to join our team, who are focused on developing a dynamic and inspirational vision of education. This is an exciting role which is about supporting us in helping our vision become a reality.  

Harris Academy Tottenham is a new academy with a Specialism in Mathematics and Enterprise. This will be an opportunity to be part of an excellent team who will develop and provide outstanding teaching and learning and exceptional outcomes for students from 3-18 years of age.  

What we are looking for:

You will need at least two years' experience working in a school or educational establishment, including in an inner city school and ideally within an academy. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to work to deadlines and manage your own workload, developing and maintaining good relationships with a wide range of people, from parents, governors and pupils to outside agencies. 

We are looking for an outstanding person who can be a key player in developing an exceptional academy. Someone with the ability to help build the commitment of all stake-holders to a culture of constant excellence that will put learning first and ultimately ensure all our students benefit from an outstanding education.

About Harris Academy Tottenham

Harris Academy Tottenham opened in September 2014. As an all-through school, it began with a Reception in its Primary phase and a Year 7 in its Secondary phase. These phases are growing by a year group each September until it reaches full capacity and it will also have a Sixth Form.

Our Academy is based on an ethos of excellence, encouraging students to fulfil our high expectations through a dedicated and committed approach. We combine the hallmarks of a traditional Secondary education with a progressive curriculum in our brand new facilities.
