Malet Lambert School is seeking to appoint a Receptionist and Attendance Assistant to assist in supporting the functions of attendance and reception as well as other general clerical duties. This post is 37 hours a week term time plus 15 days. 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in an office or other fast-paced working environment; school experience is not essential.  

The new post-holder must be able to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines, and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school. Excellent communication skills are essential as is enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school.
