About the role: For the attention of Receptionists seeking a brand new opportunity! Inspiration Academy @ The Leigh UTC have an incredibly exciting time ahead of them; with their new building opening imminently for our staff and students, we are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to work in these brand new facilities catering for our Key Stage 3 students, taking the lead on all things front-of-house. Our successful candidate will have experience in a similar capacity, offering the professionalism, proactive nature and positive attitude that this role requires. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the reception remit, supporting a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.
The hours are Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (with 1 hour for lunch each day), Term Time + 1 week of inset. Our successful candidate will join us after the Easter break as close to 16th April 2018 as possible.

What are we looking for? To be suitable for this role, it is desirable that you would have had experience in a similar role. Reception can be a busy environment so prioritising and keeping calm under pressure are key, in addition to having the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff, parents and students – particularly those in Key Stage 3. Most importantly, you will be the main point of contact for many external and internal contacts for the Academy so professionalism is essential to this role.
