25 hours a week – Term Time only (40 weeks)

(+ 1 week at the end of the summer holiday and inset days)

(Hours 07:45am – 12:45pm)

An exciting position has arisen at this large, multi-cultural 11-18 community school to work as the school receptionist/administrator.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, well-presented and articulate Receptionist to work in this fast-paced secondary school environment. As the first point of contact for all visitors / callers to the school, the successful candidate must have the ability to process all queries politely and efficiently. Previous experience in a front of house role is desirable along with GCSE 9-4 (A* - C) in English Language and Mathematics. 

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills and be willing to learn and adapt quickly.

The School is located on a large site in Hounslow with excellent transport links and a large staff car park.
