École Jeannine Manuel, in the heart of Bloomsbury, London, is now recruiting a Part Time Receptionist to start immediately.
We are a 3-18 co-educational independent bilingual French international day school with both French and IB Diploma Programme tracks in Sixth Form. Our Paris sister school and namesake has been ranked first in France for the last six years.
The successful candidate must be computer literate, have a high level of organisation and prioritisation skills, an excellent telephone manner and a genuine interest in working with young people. A strong sense of initiative and willingness to take on a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasks is necessary to help the smooth running of the School.
The successful candidate will be required to manage and welcome external visitors and contractors to the site, as well as monitoring the activity of pupils ranging from Nursery up to Year 9. Experience in a similar role, and particularly in a school environment, is an advantage, although not a requirement.
The successful candidate will have native level English language, with knowledge of French being an advantage.
Start Date: immediate
Part Time: 12.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday

École Jeannine Manuel is a mixed, non-denominational, all-through school with nursery but without sixth form, situated in Bloomsbury, Central London. Opened in September 2015, it is the sister school of an elite private day school in France, also called École Jeannine Manuel and founded in 1954.
The London branch of École Jeannine Manuel is an Ofsted-registered independent school which will provide 500 places for nursery, primary and secondary-aged students when fully subscribed.
