We're looking for a RBC Manager to join our team!

As a RBC Manager you will manage the implementation of the academy’s restorative practice philosophy within the Reflective Behaviour Centre. You will also support pupils’ reintegration to mainstream school via programmes in the Reflective Behaviour Centre by working with individuals and groups of pupils to modify their behaviour.

The ideal candidate will relate well to young people, collaborate effectively with other adults and work constructively as part of a team.

The role offers the successful person a challenge that will be both rewarding and fulfilling, with the support to achieve your own personal career goals and aspirations, whilst demonstrating a real commitment to the Co-op values and principles.

Salary: Scale SO1/2, SCP 23 - 28 (Term time only salary £22,989 - £26,712)

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week. Term time only + 5 days


Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is situated in Pudsey and just 15 minutes from both Leeds and Bradford centre with places for 1250 students. The Academy has a very special ethos, which visitors continue to comment on. Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is a 'Good' school in Leeds (Ofsted, 2024) with Outstanding features. It is an 11-18 Academy with a Sixth Form and an intake of over 1000 students and around 135 staff. Originally a co-operative foundation school and part of the Leeds Co-operative School’s Network, they joined the Co-operative Academies Trust in July 2017.
