Job overview

Creative Education Trust is a non-profit educational charity recognised by the Department for Education as one of the leading national multi-academy trusts. We support a growing network of schools to achieve academic success and improved life chances for our students.

Due to an exciting period of growth for the central Human Resources team, we are looking for two Regional HR Business Partners to work across clusters of schools in Norfolk and Nottingham as part of a motivated HR team. You will ideally have previous experience of education or the public sector, which will equip you well to provide a first-class HR advisory and support service to school principals, senior leadership teams, and school-based HR support.

This is a stimulating role and every day will bring new challenges and opportunities. In order to succeed you will need to be proactive, skilled in managing HR casework, and have experience of working in complex, unionised environments.

In return you will receive excellent support and development and will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the schools that you work with.

When working for us you will also benefit from:

• high quality professional development

• regular training to develop your skills and knowledge

• a tailored induction programme to meet your needs and ongoing support from an experienced and skilled team

In addition to the opportunities for training and development, we also offer a competitive rewards and benefits package.

As an employee you will have access to:

• Local Government Pension Scheme

• The Perkbox platform that brings employee benefits, discounts, wellbeing, and staff recognition

• Access to Employee Assistance Scheme provided by Health Assured

• Bike2Work Scheme - where you can save up to 42% on the cost of bicycles and/or equipment

Closing date: Monday 18th July 2022 at 9am

Interviews: Week commencing 25th July 2022

About Creative Education Trust

Creative Education Trust was established in 2010 to work in England’s post-industrial and coastal towns and cities. We are now a network of 17 schools educating 14,500 children and young people.

We have chosen to work with schools in challenging circumstances. We have successfully transformed schools previously deemed to be inadequate into good ones in order that all our students can have the best start in life. We are committed to providing educational opportunity for children of all abilities and to building cultural capital through a wide range of co-curricular activities.

Curricular innovation through our Knowledge Connected programme promotes creative, integrated and pro-active thinking so that our students are equipped for the challenges of the 21st century.
