Research Assistant Library Technician | Brisbane Inner-North

We are seeking applications for a highly regarded independent school in Brisbane’s north, with state of the art facilities and excellent resources. There is a strong Catholic charism and a proud professional teaching culture.

About the Role:

• Job-shared, term time position - 4 days per week
• Flexible hours: Mon, Tue, Wed and Friday ideal but may be negotiated
• ASAP Start 
• Contract until 22 June 2021
• Some evening work required
• Remuneration: $33.5342/hr
• Candidates with qualifications (Diploma or higher) in Library and Information Services required
• State of the art facilities – both modern and historical
• Team oriented and supportive environment
• Excellent staff amenities

Selection Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications at a Diploma level or equivalent in library and information services, recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) or a Bachelor Degree with relevant research and writing components
• Valid Blue Card 
• Provide a minimum of three professional references
• Have the right to work in Australia
