We are seeking an, enthusiastic, dedicated and patient graduate to work within our boarding community at White Lodge. You will be an integral part of the House team in one of our boarding houses in beautiful Richmond Park; delivering excellent and compliant pastoral care for the students in White Lodge as well as supporting the academic life of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our male and female students in Senior House (Years 9 to 11) or Junior House (Years 7 and 8), ensuring that they have a secure and caring ‘home from home’ during term time. You will also have a timetable, acting as a classroom assistant or supporting students on a one-to-one basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain a wide breadth of experience in an educational setting, moulding, mentoring and nurturing our students in this challenging but hugely rewarding role.

Duration: Fixed term September 2021 - August 2022 with the possibility for a second year.

Hours: Full-time with two evenings per week off duty and 15 week-ends per year on duty. This includes 6 fixed week-ends. The Monday to Friday day-time commitment will be in the region of 11 hours averaged over the term.

This role includes providing one week of cover for the Spring Intensive Course at White Lodge during the Easter holidays.

Location: Richmond Park, Surrey. Please note the remote location of this role before applying.

Salary: Circa £18,000 per annum. Accommodation and term-time meals will be provided inclusive of rates and utilities within our Boarding House in Richmond Park
