Role overview

The position can be fully or partially residential to suit the right applicant, to aid in the proper performance of the duties of this role. To ensure that the House is always adequately staffed we currently work on a 3 week working rota.


Job Description

The following duties should be taken as an indication of the duties of this role, as with all posts within a boarding environment, a high degree of flexibility is required and the successful candidate may be asked to perform tasks of a more general nature that are not specifically mentioned in this brief.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a caring and cheerful personalit
  • Has a mature, responsible, patient and resilient attitude to life and work;
  • Is reliable, responsible and well organised 
  • Has good, reliable and balanced judgement 
  • Is a good team player 
  • Has good practical and administrative skills

Please note that whilst you are on duty you must sleep at the boarding house in the staff  ensuite accommodation
