The SABDEN Multi Academy Trust, based across East Sussex, is an aspirational and supportive Trust, aiming to create a warm, caring, stable, supportive environment in which all staff and pupils feel safe. We are three special schools, a secure unit, a large countywide alternative provision, a vocational free school and one of five teaching schools within East Sussex. Cuckmere House, based in Seaford, is part of the SABDEN Multi Academy Trust and is an 'Outstanding' SEMH Special school. We are looking to recruit a Resource Coordinator, to effectively coordinate and support Multi Academy Trust resource operations (Financial, Facilities and Personnel Resource Management) for Cuckmere House School.


The Role: Resource Coordinator, to effectively coordinate and support Multi Academy Trust resource operations (Human, Facilities & Financial Resource Management).


You Are: An organised individual with experience of financial management and record keeping, either in education or industry. You will have a knowledge of financial management systems, and experience of managing invoices, payments and petty cash. You will be able to prioritise workloads and work effectively to tight deadlines. You will be an effective communicator and able to work as part of a wider school team, and a whole trust team of Resource Coordinators.

The successful candidate will be joining a Trust and school that continues to be ambitious in its drive to improve outcomes for our pupils.
