We wish to appoint an experienced and talented Rowing Coach to work with a national award-winning squad and a passionate Sports department. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated rowing team and able to work with novice crews right through to the more experienced crews.
The role requires a coach who holds a British Rowing Level 2 or equivalent qualification, with a proven record of success with young rowers, and a good working knowledge of British Rowing RowSafe document.
This role is part-time but with flexibility to work weekends and unsocial hours. Candidates are welcomed from a teaching or non-teaching background, however, experience of working with young people in sporting or educational environment is essential.
Radnor House is a 9-18, selective, co-educational, independent day school set in historic buildings on the banks of the River Thames in Twickenham, just thirty minutes from Central London. It was judged as ‘Excellent’ in all categories by the Independent Schools Inspectorate in February 2020. The relatively small size of the school (c.430 pupils) enables us to focus on the individual needs of all of our pupils, fostering a supportive and collaborative community where pupil success is regularly celebrated.
