A dynamic and vibrant Rugby Coach is required for April 2019 for a 3 month period. The post provides an exciting opportunity for a highly driven person (possibly on aGap-Year) to teach well motivated children in a truly international environment, whilst also experiencing the wonders and beauties of Kenya.  

Braeburn School is a member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS). The IAPS circuit in Kenya prides itself on very high standards in competitive sports at under 9, under 11 and under 13 age group categories.  Under 15 and Open fixtures are arranged in the Secondary section against a wide range of schools.

The school runs a comprehensive fixtures programme in a variety of sports including cricket, rounders, rugby, athletics, football, hockey, netball, swimming, racket sports and cross-country. Sports facilities are exceptionally good and include a 25m swimming pool. A fully equipped fitness centre, dance studio, indoor sports hall, squash courts, tennis courts and an astro pitch.  All teachers are expected to contribute to the extra-curricular clubs and activities programme. 

The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people. Shortlisted applicants will be asked for an ICPC or the equivalent from the country of current employment/residence.

Successful candidates will receive a 3 month contract, medical cover and accommodation.
