We are looking to recruit a Safeguarding and Child Protection Co-ordinator to work alongside children and families at Beech Grove Primary School. This is a permanent post.
The successful candidate will display a range of attributes/characteristics including being:

- passionate about the welfare of children
- highly organised, ICT proficient and an effective communicator
- a dedicated team player
- caring, positive and enthusiastic
- able to work effectively using their own initiative
The person appointed would be expected to work collaboratively with the Head Teacher, other members of the staff team, all relevant external agencies and most importantly children and families. The role will include co-ordinating the Early Help process across the school and leading improvements in our safeguarding policies and practice.
