We invite applications for the permanent post of School Improvement Adviser at the Salisbury Diocesan Board of Education. Our adviser will have an absolute passion for the learning of children, young people and adults and the transformational difference made by Church of England schools and academies.
The role offers a unique and exceptionally exciting diverse blend of responsibility. Among other roles, our School Improvement Adviser will:
• lead key aspects of the Diocesan Board of Education’s new strategic plan, helping us to meet the needs of schools and academies and playing a significant part in shaping the evolving education landscape
• build strong relationships with school leaders, supporting them as they lead learning and the strategic development of their schools and academies

Job Title: School Improvement Adviser
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: You are required to be available for work at all times when the schools and academies are open and at other such other times as may reasonably be expected in order to carry out your duties effectively.
Salary: L11 – L16: £50,476 - £57, 077
Start Date: April or September 2018
