Colston’s is a thriving co-educational day school on the outskirts of Bristol. The Upper School occupies a glorious, thirty acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site. We are easily accessible from the motorway network and with approximately 750 students aged from 3 to 18.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable administrator who is highly organised and is able to work to meet deadlines. This new position will work with a team of highly capable administrative staff to carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school and be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils
Customer focus and experience of working in an office or administrative environment is essential.
The hours for this role will be term time only, from Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm, including half an hour lunch break, unpaid, during all of school term time (normally 35 weeks).
You will receive a salary of £14,515 per annum. The remuneration pay scale is NJC pt 18 pro-rata, being £18,070 FTE x 40/52 weeks per year (35 working weeks plus 5 weeks paid holiday).
Pro-rata paid holiday entitlement is 5 weeks each year including bank/public holidays. Other benefits include school lunches during term time, free parking on site, a defined contribution pension scheme and staff remission on school fees in accordance with the staff remission policy.

At Collegiate we have approximately 800 pupils, with our Preparatory School accommodating pupils from Nursery to Year 6, and the Senior School accommodating students from Year 7 up to our Sixth Form.
