Chaigeley School is a Non-maintained Special School, established in 1946, that caters for young people between the ages of 8 and 16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH).  It provides both day and residential provision on a term time five day and seven day basis. Our Mission Statement is to “promote and safeguard the education and care of each of its pupils and staff, in order that they realize their true potential”. We aim to do this by providing a personalized curriculum for children and young people along with an integrated therapeutic intervention approach. This focuses on self-management, building confidence and individual development and outcomes.

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and highly skilled individual to support the continued development of our school. The successful candidate must be a confident leader who can function well as part of a senior leadership team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work strategically, be highly organized and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Ideally you will have:

· A Business Manager specific qualification. Eg. DSBM, CSBM, ADSBM or Msc. In Business Management 

OR 

· NVQ Level 4 or degree level management/business qualification
