School Business Manager
The School Business Manager will be the school’s leading support staff professional, working strategically as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team to assist the Head in ensuring that the school continues to fulfil its educational aims.
The School Business Manager is responsible for providing professional leadership and direction of all support staff, in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement in the school.
She / he will model outstanding leadership in ensuring that financial and administrative procedures, contractual premises and catering management, human resources and personnel systems support the school effectively to maintain outstanding quality and outcomes.
The School Business Manager will be proactive in seeking out strategic partners to maintain and enhance the school’s high profile reputation in the region, ensuring it remains well-positioned to influence developments in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
