We are looking for a passionate and talented School Business Manager.  The Gatwick School is an all-through school unique to the local area.  We opened in 2014 and had our first Ofsted inspection in May 2017, where we were graded 'Good' in all judgement areas (and Outstanding in Personal Development and Welfare).

As School Business Manager, you will:

  • Manage the school’s finances, premises, HR, IT infrastructure and administration services, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Head Teacher and the Board of Governors to implement key strategic plans.
  • Ensure the future success of the School and helping us to provide the best possible resources for the children’s learning.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record as a School Business Manager, and  hold a relevant business management qualification.

Opened in 2014, and judged 'Good' by Ofsted in all areas.  The Gatwick School is a state-funded all-through school based in Crawley, West Sussex. Teaching children aged 4-16, the school is non-denominational and mixed gender. Located on Gatwick Road, it is less than a mile from the international airport of the same name.

The school can be accessed on public transport by the Metrobus network, with the Gatwick Road North bus stop situated outside the school. The Gatwick School has a breakfast club and runs OASIS clubs at the end of the day for after-school intellectual stimulation.
