In this fast paced role you will work alongside the Headteacher at Fulford School (who is also SYMAT CEO) and Senior Leadership Team in a lead capacity ensuring the Fulford School Budget is managed, resources and Fulford premises and facilities are managed safely and efficiently, and leading on new capital projects and work as the School continues to grow.
You will be an excellent communicator with a track record in a multi-layered role and delivery be this from leading on your own projects or influencing and delivering through colleagues. This could be a sideways move from another environment or a promotional prospect building on the essential elements of experience and knowledge you already have.
There is a significant supervisory element within the role and this should be something that doesn’t faze you nor will adapting to change and implementing pragmatic business focused outcomes which consolidate a range of factors.
In addition to a degree level (or equivalent) educational profile you will have knowledge of finance & accounting systems, health & safety & facilities management and working in a business support role within a highly regulated environment where transparency is essential.
