About the Role:

We require a School Consultant for our Queensland team.  The purpose of this role is to develop relationships and grow the opportunity to provide a range of education solutions to schools throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.  You will join a team of education consultants working across recruitment, advertising, education wellbeing and timetabling.  This role will be primarily based within our office with a flexible work from home dynamic to suit the successful candidate. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow relationships with school leaders 
  • Build a school’s understandings of the products and services we provide
  • Support schools currently using our services to ensure our offerings continue to bring the desired benefit 
  • Identify and develop new business through networking with schools and education authorities 
  • Create mechanisms for regular customer communication and support
  • Provide informative reports on new product recommendations or adjustments to existing products
  • Understand, adopt and implement Company strategy 
  • Collaborate with recruitment, technical support, timetabling and marketing staff to guide Company strategy 
  • Increase brand awareness through the application of content and thought leadership across email, social media and paid search channels.
  • Reporting to management on sales and record to analyse the marketability of our products

Key Requirements:

  • Strong education values 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally within a school 
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum relevant bachelor degree in Education / Business or related field
