Job Description:
1. Promote and introduce school and the school’s college counseling programme on behalf of the school
2. Help students with college research and guide students during the process of college application
3. Design the college counseling programme of the school and teach students college counseling lessons so that students are well prepared as well as educate parents about the college admission system
4. Develop good networks with the college admission officers from all over the world, arrange and attend professional development activities such as university fairs, university tours, etc.
5. Provide updated university application related information to the students, parents and staff.
6. Work together with the teachers in recommendation letter writing appropriate to the receiving university as well as guiding the students in all aspects together with the teachers
Demands：
1. Bachelor or above degree in US higher education
2. More than 5years working experience in the international education field 3
. Working as admission officer for at least three years in the US universities
4. Excellent operational knowledge of all the requirements of the US/UK/Canada College Admission System
5. Experience of teaching and/ or tutoring and/or counseling at a school is preferred
6. Highly responsible, able to work with the Chinese high school students patiently 7. Good team player
Benfits：
Competitive salary package, salary range: USD 3500 - 6000 per month (which includes housing)

Shanghai Vanke Bilingual School grew out of the International Bilingual Program of Fudan Vanke Experimental Private School. At present, there are students from 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Britain, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
Founded in 2006, International Bilingual Program . We aims to merge the Chinese education essence with Western education essence. We cultivate students the international perspective and international communication ability in hand while rooting in Chinese culture. The Chinese teaching and English teaching respectively accounts for 50%.
Small class size with 20 students contributes to an intimate and harmonious teacher-student relationship. Every child is respected as an individual learner. They are fully cared and encouraged by the adult staff at school.
Through practice and exploration, students are equipped with not only good learning habits, but also diversified thinking ability. The Chinese-English language ability of the grade-6 students has reached the level of twin mother-tongues. In Chinese language ability examination, the students are among the best of Minhang district. The English proficiency assessment of the students is based on the American ITBS. According to the historical test performance, students of every grade are better than American students of the same age in English proficiency. The test scores of Grade 9 students exceed the average scores of the American Grade 10 students.
