Full Time, Permanent, Term time only
35 hours per week, 44 weeks per year
Crayford Academy are looking to recruit an excellent technician with responsibility for creative subjects including Art, Design Technology and Music. The successful individual will provide technical and administrative support to the Art & DT Department as well as the Music Department, to ensure that equipment functions properly, and to assist in the organisation of lessons, clubs and events.
This role is perfect for an ambitious and creative individual with a passion for supporting teachers and students in Art, Photography, Music and Design Technology. The role requires an organised and highly skilled individual who can provide technical support with the day-to-day running of the Art, Design Technology, and Music Department, as well as contributing to general school administration from time-to-time.
If successful, your role will consist of providing technical and administrative support, supporting in creative subject lessons and organising clubs, extra-curricular events and music lesson timetabling. You will support the Head of Department in tasks such as preparing resources for lessons, assisting with exams, liaising with external agencies and maintaining equipment.
