School Health Centre Administration Assistant

We are looking for a Health Centre Administration Assistant to join our in-house Medical Department.
Reporting directly to the Senior Nurse, the post holder will be expected to support the Registered Nurses in delivering a safe, caring environment for service users when they are in need of medical care. Working under the direction of the Senior Nurse, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of the daily Health Centre activity, including a high degree of effective communication, record keeping and computer skills. A good understanding of confidentiality, with a sensitive and flexible approach is required. The post holder is also required to build appropriate relationships with members of the school community and external service providers.
The working hours for this role are 8.00am until 1.00pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week).
