St Peter’s Preparatory School, Lympstone is seeking a suitably qualified and competent driver to drive pupils on School minibuses (9 seaters) from September 2021. A PCV (CPC) qualification would be advantageous.

This is a term-time only position, for which the salary is £7,168 per annum (including paid holiday entitlement). 

The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, two hours each morning (from 06:30) and two hours each afternoon (from 17:00) plus any agreed additional paid daytime hours to transport pupils on trips, visits and sporting events.

Good interpersonal skills, a commitment to safeguarding pupils and a knowledge of driving health and safety are essential, as is a positive attitude and awareness and understanding of a school environment. Driving liveried vehicles, minibus drivers are expected to wear a uniform and to maintain high standards of driving, appearance and behaviour.

About St Peter's Preparatory School

St Peter’s School is an independent preparatory day and weekly boarding school for around 290 girls and boys between the ages of 3 and 13.
