Good Samaritan Catholic College is a Prep to Year 12 College located at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast.  The College opened in 2019 and is steadily growing towards full enrolment. The first seniors will graduate from the College in 2024. We are seeking applications to work as part of the College Administration team, serving the needs of students and families in our fast-growing community.

The successful applicant should possess a wide range of administration skills, including sound knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint. Experience with Dynamics and eMinerva, as well as relevant experience in a school finance office environment would be an advantage. The successful applicant will also display proven communication and interpersonal skills.

This role works closely with the Principal, Business Manager and ground staff to ensure the safety of all stakeholders therefore knowledge and experience in ensuring safe work practices in a school environment will be highly regarded.


To be successful in this role you will:

  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement; and
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.


Estimated Start Date:

Position Tenure:  Continuing

Weeks Worked:  School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term): 

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 4 - $32.23 per hour

Employment Conditions:  Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement


This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
