The successful applicant will:

have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;

currently hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card; and

• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Library Officer. The role involves 5 hours per week during school term time only. The ideal applicant would have experience in cataloguing, managing a budget and purchasing library resources. A knowledge of and/or willingness to learn, and the capacity to operate the Oliver library management system would be desirable. It would be advantageous for the applicant to have a good working knowledge of contemporary children’s authors and texts that are appropriate for the primary school age group.
