We are seeking a positive, proactive and confident person to join our busy Operations team in the role of Operations Manager, working directly with the Director of Operations. You will have experience of working in a large organisation, preferably within an educational or public sector environment. Perhaps you already work as a Bursar or School Business Manager within a Primary School but are looking for a development opportunity? You will have experience of working in at least two or three of the key areas of Finance, HR, Site Management, Health & Safety and leading Support Services and will be eager to learn and develop your skills. Applicants should be resilient, organised, self-confident and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills along with the ability to multitask. We are especially keen to interview candidates with high levels of skills using Microsoft Office.
