School Operations Support Manager

We have a great opportunity for a calm and considerate school business support manager to join our school in supporting our learners to make excellent progress in all areas of their lives. The Courtyard School is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and Challenge Partners rated ‘Outstanding’ special school in the heart of Islington, catering for pupils with autism and/or speech, language and communication needs. 

You will have:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
• GCSE A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
• A team player with loads of energy and enthusiasm.
• An adaptable and flexible approach.
• A ‘self-starter’ who is happy being a project lead
