We are looking for School Receptionists/Administrators to provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact on the Reception desk, both face to face, as well as via the telephone and email, in addition to completing general administrative duties. Positions are available at our Senior School (located in Canterbury, CT2 9DT) as well as our Junior School (located in Harbledown, CT2 9AQ).

The successful candidate will require outstanding interpersonal skills, infectious enthusiasm, and reception and administrative experience to support the school in this busy and varied role. 

During term time, the School Office is open from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays.; during the school holidays, the School Office is open from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm.

About Kent College, Canterbury

The pleasant red-brick buildings of Kent College are situated in a semi-rural position overlooking the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury. The school sits in 80 acres (32 hectares) of land with extensive sports’ fields, a School Farm and a Riding Centre. The centre of Canterbury, with its wide selection of shops and restaurants is a 5-minute journey by car, while the school sports' fields back on to Blean Woods, one of the largest areas of ancient woodland in England.
