We seek to appoint a Part-time School Receptionist, working afternoons at our senior school site.
The role would involve acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and all visitors to the School, and carrying out various administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the main school reception.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key to this role as you will be dealing with visitors, parents, pupils and colleagues, face to face, by email and by phone, and you will be the first point of call for many enquiries. You will be responsible for signing in all visitors on site, and issuing them with the relevant ID badges, and making them aware of safeguarding and site information.

The role is term time, plus 5 weeks during the holidays which will include working days at the start/end of term, and during exam results days during the Summer Holidays. Some flexibility in terms of hours would also be useful, should the need arise for any sickness cover.
