An experienced administrator with good customer service skills is required for this busy role. Set in stunning surroundings of the Claremont estate, you would be joining our team of teachers and assistants who deliver outstanding education to children aged 7 to 11. 

This term time plus six weeks position includes running the school office and its administration, reception, assisting admissions and providing PA support to the Head. Working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday in term time and a reduced working week out of term time of six weeks. 

You must have an ability to communicate well with our delightful children and parents, staff and prospective parents. Professional in appearance, welcoming and approachable, calm, skilled with MS Office and able to multi-task while being interrupted, you are well spoken and have excellent written English. Some database experience is desirable.

About Claremont Fan Court School

We are a co-educational School, for children from 2½ to 18 years, situated just outside Esher, Surrey. The School is set in the historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate.

Claremont Fan Court School was founded on a Christian ethos and we welcome children from all faiths and from none. This programme focuses specifically on a set of core values and recognises that developing these requires a comprehensive educational approach. A new character quality is introduced each month. The quality is used within assemblies, discussions, activities and curriculum work.

Our extensive co-curricular programme, offering over 60 co-curricular opportunities, enables every pupil to experience activities beyond the classroom in order to tap broader interests and extend talents.

The ISI Report January 2017 noted that: ‘Pupils show pride in their achievements in curricular and co-curricular activities . . . Parents and pupils agreed that these opportunities enhance pupil achievement’.
