Commencement:  January 2019 - Level 3 ($54,884 - $57,206 per annum)

Permanent Part Time Position - 42 weeks per year - 30 hours per week

 

St John Bosco Catholic School is a co-educational Catholic school located in Collinsville and is seeking applications for a School Secretary to join their team.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Be an integral part of the whole school staff committed to excellence
  • Be highly vigilant in mandatory every day duties such as student attendance and student protection
  • Be highly conscious of family privacy with sensitive information and documents
  • Carry out a wide range of secretarial and clerical duties
  • Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Have a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
  • Have a current First Aid Certificate
  • Willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the School
  • Have an understanding of GST requirements and financial management
  • Competent in using MS Office Suite, Google Docs and Publisher, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Undertake an online Student Protection course prior to your commencement
