The Catholic Education Office, Townsville is currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person for the position of School Secretary at Holy Spirit Catholic School, Cranbrook.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Be part of an Administration team committed to excellence
  • Willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the School
  • Have great teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficient in using the MS Office package
  • Ability to adapt to new computer systems
  • Experience in a School Setting
  • Carry out a wide range of secretarial and clerical duties
  • Manage the enrolment process; including handling initial inquiries, arranging interviews and data entry
  • Prepare and process school fee transactions.

Holy Spirit Catholic School Cranbrook is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic, independent primary school in Queensland, serving students from the age of 4-12. The school has enrolments of over 770 students. 

Holy Spirit Catholic School was established in 1969 and holds an outstanding reputation across North Queensland for its success across the curriculum. The school works hard to maintain a strong and positive relationship between students, staff and parents.

Curriculum

Holy Spirit Catholic School Cranbrook follows the Australian curriculum, designed to teach students the core skills, knowledge and understanding to be well prepared for the next stage of their education.
