We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and inspiring Science Teacher/Key Stage Manager. You will join the Science Department who are an innovative and forward thinking Department. We are therefore seeking an applicant who can contribute towards this already strong, positive and supportive team. The successful candidate will also receive a TLR 2 of £4,441 for Key Stage Management and a ‘one off’ Recruitment & Retention Allowance of £3,000.

About The Dormston School
The Dormston School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school without sixth form, situated in Sedgley, near Dudley in the West Midlands. It is a community state school. A larger than average secondary school, Dormston provides 1,120 places for students aged 11-16.
The Dormston School was established in 1935. It has undergone a number of renovations and additions over the years, including a £4 million arts and sports centre, which opened in 1996 and was funded by the National Lottery. The Dormston Centre, a building that joins on to the school and contains a theatre, sports hall, art gallery and gymnasium, was built in 2000. Our newest block was built in 2017 providing an additional 5 classrooms to our site.
