Job overview
We are looking to speak with fully qualified, and newly qualified Science teachers in the Sheffield area for a full time position within a large, state of the art Secondary Academy. The school are an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider, who are constantly improving and ensuring their pupils are at the centre of all they do.
The school are looking to appoint at least one Science specialist for a September start on a full time, long term basis. There is potential for this to turn into a permanent position for the right teacher.
The academy aims to set their pupils up for the rest of their lives. They have fantastic progress to boast in previous years’ results and are looking for a new addition to their team to live and breathe their visions and values. The school ethos is one of contentment, and pupils feel safe.
We require all teachers who register with Vision for Education to have a current valid DBS registered to the update service, or able to complete a Vision for Education DBS, references covering the last 2 years of your career, and either a Batchelor of Education with QTS, PGCE, have completed a GTP, or ITT within a school and are not currently subject to an outstanding investigation.
Please ensure to bring along with you:
· DBS/CRB registered to the Update Service
· 2 proofs of address dated within the last 3 months
· Passport or Driving licence and Birth certificate
· Qualification Certificates.
· Teacher Number.
· Certifications, e.g. Team Teach, NPECTS etc.
