We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join King’s Norton Boys’ School as we continue on our journey towards becoming Outstanding. We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, talented and dedicated second in Mathematics to join our successful team and work closely with the Head of Faculty.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a resilient, highly driven and self-motivated professional, who goes the extra mile to ensure that students achieve their full potential.
• Have a proven track record of raising achievement of students of all abilities in Maths at key stages 3 and 4.
• Understand the need to be a team player and have the ability to get the best out of people. • Possess the confidence to competently complete leadership tasks such as analysing data and quality assurance activities.
• Be able to monitor and support the overall progress and development of students both within their own groups and across the faculty.
• Strive to achieve our vision of delivering a challenging and engaging learning experience for all students.
