To support the Head of Science in providing strong leadership which results in a Science department that provides first class teaching and learning opportunities for students and staff.
To help instigate and develop an innovative approach to Science that will stimulate all students to achieve their potential.
To support the faculty to provide an integrated coherent approach to teaching and learning.
To provide specialist subject expertise to departmental staff.
To be a dynamic deputy Leader focused on the strategic direction of the Academy Trust.
To support the Community Cohesion focus within the Academy Trust.
To support and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
