Are you seeking the opportunity to teach in a truly international environment? 

A teacher of English at Aloha College will be expected to teach across the full ability range from 11-18. You should be able to demonstrate experience of teaching the British National Curriculum at Key Stage 3; the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus at Key Stage 4 and either A Levels or The International Baccalaureate Diploma at Key Stage 5 to a high standard.

You must be passionate, committed and well organised with qualified teacher status and a degree in a relevant subject. A commitment to active learning in the classroom with a willingness to participate fully in all aspects of school life within and beyond the classroom is a prerequisite. A commitment to providing high levels of pastoral care for students is essential.

The successful applicant will be part of a team of seven teachers. The department is well-resourced and full support with induction and continuing professional development is provided.
