About Our School

Regents International School Pattaya is like no other school in Thailand. We provide unique learning opportunities far beyond the ordinary. We have approximately 1050 students aged from 2 to 18, from 50 different countries, spread evenly across our Early Primary, Primary and Secondary schools, including around 75 boarding students. We currently follow the UK Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, 2 & 3 Curriculum, offer the iGCSE and the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.? Our school is located in a beautiful, rural area, surrounded by palm trees, just outside of Pattaya on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. We are about 100km south of Bangkok and just a 90 minute drive from Bangkok International Airport. About the role

We’ll look to you to promote high expectations for our students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school’s philosophy and creating a learning culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved. You will foster an environment of respect within the classroom, facilitating learning through questioning and discussion.

About you

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will bring a degree, a recognised teaching qualification (QTS from the UK or equivalent) and considerable teaching experience. Committed and creative, you will be reflective on your own teaching and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative practice to raise achievement.

Keen to collaborate with a thirst for learning and love of collaboration with colleagues, you will share your specialist expertise and be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will have high levels of emotional intelligence and communicate confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise and strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with parents and students.

Amongst other things, you’ll be well organised, have a good sense of humour and want to participate fully in the extra-curricular/Boarding aspects of school life. You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions in line with Thai Law.
