·Outstanding setting· 9 – 16 year olds· Full time position – May include Sleep-ins and one weekend in 4· Term time only· High Standards· Must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or be willing to be enrolled and work towards gaining Children and Young Peoples workforce.We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing SEMH Residential Social Care Worker who has the ability to build a rapport with children and young people. 

This SEMH Residential Social Care Worker position is to work in a specialist setting that caters for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and may display a variety of challenging behaviours. The ideal SEMH Residential Social Care Worker candidate will have experience in a similar setting or within a residential care background. 

The successful SEMH Residential Social Care Worker will play an important role in the young Male Student’s life within the 24 hour curriculum, supporting learning in both the care and classroom setting. You will work closely with the Schools therapy/communication team, with the support of Learning Mentor Teams.
