We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Teacher for a Special Educational Needs Primary school located in South Birmingham. You will be joining a school that caters for students with MLD, SLD and ASD. We are ideally looking for a teacher that is confident in their ability to teach a variety of needs and academic levels.
This role will begin in September and be on a part time basis until December. You will be supported by a team of Teaching Assistants that will supporting students on a 1:1 basis, with small class sizes to ensure that students are receiving a personalised learning experience. It is vital for this school that there are high numbers of staff within each class to support the needs of each student.
The Ideal candidate –
· Will have QTS
· Highly creative in a classroom setting
· Knowledge within the education sector
· Passion for supporting the learning of children
· In date DBS & on the Update Service
Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
