We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school and are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide for our SEN pupil’s needs. You will ideally have previous experience of working with pupils in Primary and experience in supporting children with SEND in class.
Key qualities we are looking for are a passion and confidence to support pupils with a range of needs, the organisation to support these pupils effectively inside and outside of the classroom, clear boundaries and kindness. This role will require independence, willingness to train and learn new skills as well as resilience to challenges such as behaviour or how needs present themselves.

Salary: £19,359.47 (£22,607 FTE)
Hours: 8:15 – 4:15 with 1 hour break (36 hours a week) 5 days a week / 39 weeks per year
