ABC Teachers, part of TES, are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to work on a one-to-one basis with a learner with additional needs. The role is part time and will begin in September 2020.
About the role:
- Supporting a student with moderate learning difficulties to help retain lesson information for English and Maths
- Part time SEN Tutor - 2 days per week
- Based in a secondary school in Walsall
- To commence in August 2020

- The school caters for secondary aged students on one site with brilliant facilities and resources
- Easily accessible from Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield and surrounding areas
- Work will additionally be done online with the scope to go into school in September 2020
- A strong team ethos with supportive leadership, where the needs of the child always come first.
About you:
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly built rapport with students
- Suitable teaching or tutor qualifications
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities which we can reference
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
