A well-qualified and passionate SENCo is required full-time to lead the provision and development of SEN and pupil support in the Preparatory Divisions. Able to teach pupils with SEN (up to and including KS2) and manage a team of LSAs, the successful candidate will strive to raise standards of pupil attainment and achievement, whilst supporting them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate diploma in SpLD (level 7) and a SENCo qualification. Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is essential, together with a willingness to undertake training for level 7.
